Pablo Sierra
Pablo Sierra was born in Puerto Rico but grew up in the Lake View Neighborhood of Chicago and is a proud product of the Chicago Public School system. Pablo studied at the University of Illinois. After receiving his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, he trained to be a school leader with New Leaders for New Schools. Shortly after interning at Noble Street, he founded the Architecture, Construction and Engineering Technical High School (ACE Tech) in Chicago's Southside. In 2005, Pablo returned to Noble Street to open one of two initial expansions of Noble Street - Pritzker College Prep. Conscious of the shortcomings of large urban high schools, he is passionate about the opportunities that Noble Street affords urban kids and is determined to see them all successfully complete college.
