Clubs

There is a growing list of student organizations, clubs and activities that are or will be available at Pritzker, with many of them offering additional elective credits. Some operate only during specific times of the year and new groups are always forming. Some of the current clubs and groups are listed below.

STUDENT COUNCIL:
Members of the Student Council are elected by the student body and are responsible for reviewing student concerns and coordinating special activities.

MATH TEAM:
The math team works with a staff coach to prepare for competitions across the state and region. In our most recent competition we won first place in our category.

CIVIC ENGAGEMENT:
Our Civic Engagement works to acquaint students with geo-political as well as national social issues. We seek to provide a forum to express their views and engage in sanctioned activities designed to address social and political issues confronting their lives.

CHESS CLUB:
Members of the chess club learn basics and strategies of chess. Eventually we will compete at tournaments around the state.

GUITAR CLUB:
We recently purchased a number of acoustic and electric guitars and formed the Pritzker guitar club. Soon members will be able to perform at events.
